Microcontact printing

Our innovative technology is based on microcontact printing, which is similar to the Gutenberg printing process, except that it can print at the micro and nano scale. Here, printing characters are PDMS silicone stamps made by molding (step 1 and 2). The patterned stamp is inked (step 3) with a drop of the compound we want to structure, followed by a drying step (step 4) and then pressed onto the substrate (step 5). After removing the stamp, the patterns are printed on the substrate.
