  • IVD-ready: the InnoScan 710 has been developed following the specifications needed for CE-IVD certification in association with Mapix-Dx software it is an ideal tool for diagnostic microarray applications.
  • One-click results: The InnoScan 710 together with Mapix-Dx software allows for fully automated processes to get final results in a single click.
  • Quick and reliable results: with a reading speed up to 35 lines per second, the InnoScan 710 is capable of scanning slides at 10µm/ pixel in less than 4 minutes; its resolution of 3µm/pixel makes it a robust tool to scan medium density microarrays.

applications lifesciences

InnoScan 710 is ideal for reading low or medium density microarrays, both commercial or home made :

In the following application fields :

  • Cytogenetics and PGS
  • Pathogen screening
  • Disease stratification
  • Allergen screening

InnoScan 710 is a confocal scanner equipped with 2 extremely sensitive photomultipliers (PMT), linear over the entire operating range (from 0 to 100%). This makes it easy for the user to set PMT gains to adjust the fluorescence signal levels for the 2 colors (particularly the saturation level and equilibration of the 2 channels).

InnoScan 710 has a special feature of using a real-time autofocus system that offers the advantage of making it adaptible to substrate distortion, thus making the entire reading area completely uniform. InnoScan scanners are well known for their excellent photometric properties, particularly in terms of sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio.

Thanks to XDR mode (Extended Dynamic Range), InnoScan scanners have a dynamic range over 106 and then are capable to detect the smallest spots avoiding saturated spots.

Developed under the CE-IVD directives, the InnoScan 710 is ready for IVD certification.
