Professor Joakim Lundeberg’s Spatial Transcriptomics group at the Division of Gene Technology, at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden has recently acquired an InnoScan 910 scanner. The main focus of the group is on developing and applying spatial transcriptomics which is a method that allows visualization and quantitative analysis of transcriptome in individual tissue sections.
